The appointment of Haidar as Director General of the Senegalese Agency for Reforestation and the Great Green Wall (Asrgm) has been hailed as the right man in the right place.
Also, the latter was quick to show his permanent commitment to the preservation of the environment. He offered 1000 cashew nuts to the producers of Dandone, in the Sédhiou region, whose fields were ravaged by a fire last February.
