According to Mamadou Dione, "this has made it possible to avoid dumping" and to secure the sector. It finds the balance of this year satisfactory since "44 000 tons are exported" against "32 000 tons last year". In 2017, he says, before the measure was implemented, only "56 tonnes" were exported.
Declaring the drop in the kilogram to the producer who leaked a lot of saliva, the DG explains it by "the fall in world prices." Without saying to the actors of the sector that this decline has nothing to do with the measure taken by the Head of State.
