According to him, it was a matter of restoring the truth to current national socio-political issues. Notably the question of the National Identity Card, the cashew nut, the social and development actions of the President of the Republic, Alassane Ouattara.
Regarding the cost of the National Identity Card, Coulibaly Fononna invited everyone to the meaning of discernment, supporting her remarks with concrete examples: "The CNI is a document that serves you in all administrative acts and it is subject to stamp duty. It is a document that will also be used by your children to make their passports and other administrative documents. The NCI, contrary to what some people say, is not just about voting. Ask those who denounce the cost of the NIC, how much does the stamp of the passport cost? Eight times more expensive (or 40,000 F CFA) than that of the CNI, "he argues. And to urge each other in these terms: "I beg you, dear parents, do not listen to those who invite you not to establish your Cni. They do not do it for your sake.

He provided further details: "Those who, today, denounce the cost of the Identification Card set at 5000 F CFA, do not tell you that they are the ones who, in 2014, in the National Assembly, have voted the law deciding the non-gratuity of said NUC. And, they do not have the honesty to tell you that it is the President Ouattara and his government who have lowered the price to 5000 F Cfa, taking charge of 10.000 F Cfa out of the 15.000 F Cfa which it costs . They also do not tell you that we had the National Identity Card for free in 2009 because in the context of the end of the crisis, the international community had financed the operation of issuing the NICs ". And to contradict some allegations: "We all know that in Côte d'Ivoire before that date, we all paid the stamps in the sub-prefectures for us to establish national identity cards. Why this false controversy? "

On the crucial subject of cashew nut sales, he said that this is due to the law of supply and demand. He reassured the people of the measures taken by the government led by Amadou Gon Coulibaly, on the instructions of President Alassane Ouattara, to find appropriate and definitive solutions to this situation. "I therefore ask you to trust the Head of State and the Prime Minister who are doing everything possible to stabilize the cost of cashew nuts."

He spoke at length about the balance sheet of the President of the Republic that he considers satisfactory and the national establishment of the Rhdp.
Coulibaly Fononna reiterated the commitment of the Alliance for Change (Apc) to fully support President Alassane Ouattara, the Rhdp as well as to promote the actions of the current tenant of the Primature, Amadou Gon Coulibaly.

The populations of all the localities visited, in turn, hailed the development actions promoted by President Ouattara.
