[World]: Natural beauty hack: Use cashew nuts to reduce stretch marks, dry skin and so much more

Everyone knows that cashews and other dry fruits and nuts can have many positive health benefits, but little known, is the many uses they can have in the world of beauty.

By consuming the Nut daily, it can boost the body’s immune system, increase blood circulation and general health, according to health line. But, it seems that isn’t the only thing it’s good for.

Cashews have also been known to increase the brightness of our face and help hair become stronger . If you want to know how to use cashews to jazz up your beauty routine, keep reading.

1. For oily skin
To combat oily skin, soak cashews in milk overnight. The next morning, grind it down into small pieces and mix it with Multani mitti and lemon juice then apply it on the face. You’re skin will be oil free in no-time.
2. For dry skin
For drier skin follow the same steps as the first point, just swapping out lemon for honey. This mask softens skin and helps get rid of any dryness.

3. For glowing skin
Soak the cashew nuts in water, grind them and apply it on your face, to keep your face glowing. If used daily this step will help to brighten the skin. Rubbing cashews mixed with milk also makes the skin extra soft and enhances colour.
4. For strong hair
This step just requires consuming a cashew per day. Cashew contains copper which becomes stronger in hair. By eating cashew nuts daily, hair can also become longer and shinier. It can also combat the problem of hair loss.

5. For chapped lips
One way to nourish chapped lips is to make a lip scrub using cashews and almonds. Grind the nuts in a grinder, add a teaspoon of almond oil and a few drops of water.

Scrub your lips using the paste for roughly 5-10 minutes then wash the scrub off using lukewarm water for silky smooth lips.
6. For stretch marks
Cashew intake has also been known to help fight off stretch marks. They have anti-ageing properties as well as the ability to help tackle stretch-marks. Meaning there is no good reason to not introduce them to your daily routine.

Move over apples, a cashew a day, might just be the new key to keeping the doctor away.
